March Goal

Well its march already!! (time flies),my goal is to do one finished illustration per-week (probably weekends) the rest of the week will be for animation/art studies (and work obviously).Thats only 4 illo's a month but thats more than I have now ----> (none)<------ Baby-steps,hehe.So depending on what freelance work I can gather,I should have 20 illustrations by summer or more,because I might get faster...thats the plan,anyway.

First one should be on sunday.Lets see if I can keep it up.

This was a mindless doodle that went too far,I don't like it because I didn't do any construction,research or planning.Its also straight on view which i'm trying to avoid recently.Still worth posting though ey?.

Tribute to Miyazaki

Its not as refined as I would have wanted,but heck,I ran out of time.Really enjoyed this...the first of many for 2011

Study

This is one that was painted from a photo,but the photos dimensions where portrait (more height than width) so had to recompose and make it fit into this size,which was a challenge within itself.

hah! In intened to do a step by step thing,but I was enjoying it so much that I forgot to keep adding layers to show the steps...but hey...that second image is how it began :P

edit: and heres an abstract,with a focus on

violet.hah,these are just colour/edge experiments,don't worry,i'll put them to good use and make an image that is actually of something :D
